Acting and performing has always been a part of my life.
Born in Mumbai, I acquired university degree (M.A.) in Bharatanatyam, an Indian classical dance form. Along with dancing, through numerous theatre courses and workshops the actor in me took shape.
Subsequently, I began my career as a performer and gained experience across India and Europe, where I finally found my base. In Paris, the place embracing multiple cultures, I had the privilege to show my work at one of the important theatres for Asian arts, alongside many other venues.
A few years later I moved to Berlin which opened the doors to its rich independent performing art scene. I could present my works, solos as well as collaborations with other artists, on many occasions including the Performing Arts Festival (PAF, Berlin).
On screen, I appeared in a couple of films and ad films in multiple languages that I speak fluently. In the course of time, I also ventured into the theatre scene in Berlin and was part of several plays in German..
